URL of site: The http://**********.proboards.com link displayed on your home page.
Admin of site: Name of the main admin of the site. If there are two then please list both names. ADMINS ONLY. Not moderators, or etc.
Affiliate IMG: Image of affiliate
Postion of affiliate: Scrolling, Static, or Sister.
Your Affiliate: The code of your affiliate. Keep in mind we will not put your up until ours is up on your site. :]
