So what's your name?
"Tell us your name, your full name, or whatever it is you go by. If you are a specimen and you were spliced in the lab and your name is a numbers then please tell us that and the name that you go by. Also, if you have a nickname tell us why you are called it."
Well my names Beck, so kid when were you born?
"Tell us when you were born, or just simply tell us how old you are."
Cool, so what are you, male or female?
"Just state what your gender is here so you can continue on with your biography."
So how would you describe yourself?
"Just tell us what you look like. Your hair color, whether, or not you are tall, your eye color, etc. Please be descriptive. You are trying to make your character stand out and be unique."
Got any special markings? When I was made I was born with a feather shaped birthmark on my back.
